Where do you deliver?
We proudly serve the Richmond area; however, a travel fee may apply for catering services outside our standard 10-mile service radius.
Is Green Temple completely vegan?
Absolutely! All of our meals and additional items are 100% vegan, aligning with our commitment to plant-based goodness.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Currently, we focus on serving the local Richmond area and do not offer national shipping. However, we have plans to expand our reach and offer shipping options in the future.
How do I reheat the meals?
Our meals come with simple reheating instructions to ensure optimal taste and texture. Most meals can be easily reheated in a microwave or oven. We recommend following the instructions provided to enjoy your meal at its best.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are freshly prepared and packaged to maintain their quality and taste. They typically stay fresh for 3–4 days when refrigerated. We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for the best experience
Are meals microwave- and freezer safe?
Absolutely! Our plates are microwave-safe for up to 3–4 minutes and freezer safe for your convenience.
What kinds of meals can I expect?
Our menu is a fusion of comfort, soul, and delightful global flavors. We offer a diverse range of meals to satisfy your cravings.
I have a nut allergy. Are your products safe?
We do use almonds, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconuts in our kitchen. Meals that contain these allergens will be labeled as such. Please let us know if you have an allergy.
Are your meals gluten-free?
Most of our meals DO contain gluten; however, we strive to accommodate various dietary preferences and needs.

Do you offer catering services?

I need catering asap!
We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for all catering orders. This allows us ample time to prepare, source ingredients, and ensure the highest quality of service for your event. Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to availability and additional rush fees. It never hurts to ask, though! We always try to make things work :)
Do you accept cash?
We're happy to accommodate cash payments in certain situations. If you prefer to pay with cash, please don't hesitate to let us know before hand.
Is there a cancellation policy?
There are no contracts with our meal prep service. If you would like to cancel during the week of your meal prep service, a small fee may be added if food and service have been completed before cancellation has been requested.
